At SergeDeNimes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry and apparel. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original SergeDeNimes pouches or boxes and ensure the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
